White Chocolate Frosting
   

This recipe makes enough to frost one 9-inch double layer cake.

                                   

Ingredients
4 oz - White Chocolate, chopped
2 1/2 T - Flour
1 C - Milk
1 C - Unsalted Butter, softened
1 C - Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 t Vanilla



Instructions
  • Combine the chocolate and flour in a medium saucepan.
  • Blend in the Milk.
  • Cook over medium heat, stiring constantly, until thick.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • In a large bowl, cream the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes.
  • Gradually add the cooled chocolate mixture, beating well after each addition.
  • Beat on high speed until frosting is a whipped cream consistency.
  • Frost cake.
