White Chocolate Brownies

These 'brownies' are very sweet and pretty good and creamy inside. The white chocolate grated and sprinkled on top makes a nice crust. This recipe came from off the Internet somewhere, and originally called for a 12x9" pan. I've never seen one. I think they may have meant a 13x9" pan but I'm not sure. I use a 13x9".
