Tony Claxton's Recipes Peanut Butter Fudge |
While this isn't a real, cooked fudge, the texture is 'fudgy' so that's what it's called. After the candy sets up it can be stored out of the refrigerator. It won't soften. It's never lasted very long, but it's stayed firm for almost 2 days. |
