Millionaire Pie

Ingredients
14 Squares - Graham Crackers (crushed)
1/4 C - Butter
8 oz - Lite Cream Cheese
1/4 C - Milk
1 Large Can - Crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 Large Box - Vanilla Instant Pudding (sugar free)
1 C - Pecans (toasted and chopped)
12 oz - Lite Whipped Topping



Instructions
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  • Melt butter in 9x9 pan in the oven while pre-heating
  • When melted, remove pan from the oven, add graham cracker crumbs, mix and press into bottom of pan
  • Return pan to oven and bake for about 8 minutes or until crust is lightly browned
  • Allow crust to cool while making filling. Allow to cool completely before adding filling
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, pineapple and pudding, mixing thoroughly
  • Stir in pecans
  • Fold in whipped topping
  • Pour into completly cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
