My mother has a recipe close to this one. It uses 2 C of flour and 1 C of nuts. Otherwise it is exactly the same. This recipe is a little less oily. If using a food processor, be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl periodically. Be sure not to scrape off parts of your spatula into the dough with the blade (don't ask... :^). This recipe makes about 5 dozen. |
