Kitchen Sink "Cowboy" Cookies

This recipe makes a large batch of dough. I use a large stainless steel bowl and mix it with a wooden spoon. I got this recipe from TV, but can't remember the name of the show. The recipe said that you should let the dough rest overnight in the refrigerator. I've never done that though and it works just fine. You should get 10 to 12 dozen cookies.
