Be sure to stir the mixture from time to time as it cooks to prevent burning and to allow the sugar to cook evenly. When adding the cinnamon oil, be sure and keep your head back from the pan because the fumes are pretty bad. It smells good in your house, but if you get it full in the face, it's not funny! Believe me, I know from experience! |
