Tony Claxton's Recipes Fricke's Famous Fudge |
This recipe makes a soft fudge that is pretty sweet and rich. The recipe calls for a buttered 8x8 baking pan, but I use plastic wrap and line the pan with it. It makes it easier to turn it out for cutting. I cover it with plastic wrap to let it cool and when it is still a little bit pliable I turn it out and peel off the plastic and cut it. The nuts are optional. |

2 T - Butter 2/3 C - Evaporated Milk 1 1/2 C - Sugar 1/4 t - Salt 2 C - Miniature Marshmallows 1 1/2 C - Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips 1 t - Vanilla 1/2 C - Chopped Walnuts or Pecans |
