Tony Claxton's Recipes Elite Pound Cake |
This is a really good pound cake recipe. I got it from "All Occasion Cooking" by Kay Shaw. When I made it, I followed the times given for baking and the cake turned out a little 'dry.' It might not have been too dry, but I like pound cakes to be a little on the moist side. Check it to see if it is done before the time is up. |
