Tony Claxton's Recipes Easy Cobbler |
This recipe is from Favorite Recipes published by the Howard County Junior College District Women's Association in 1988. It was submitted by Patsy Pettitt. To take to pot lucks, I like to triple the the crust and double the fruit amounts. Use a 10x15" baking pan and bake for about 70 minutes if you do this. If you do multiply it like this, the pan will be very full. Also, I like to save out a little of the sugar and sprinkle it over the top, about half way through baking. This gives kind of a carmelly crunchy crust on top. |
