Coconut Almond Filling
   

This is good for making 'Almond Joy' type desserts. You can use it for making 'Mound' type desserts by leaving out the almonds and almond extract. If you want to use the marshmallow fluff in a jar then use a 7oz jar.

                                   

Ingredients
1 C - Milk
1 C - Sugar
24 - Marshmallows
14 oz - Coconut
1 C - Almonds, Toasted Flaked
2 t - Almond Extract



Instructions
  • Melt milk, sugar and marshmallows over low heat
  • Stir in coconut, almonds and almond extract
