Clara's Sweet Potato Casserole 		   

This recipe is from Brenda's mother. We've thought it would be good with a little cinnamon in the topping, but we've never tried it.

                                   

Ingredients
Casserole

3 C - Mashed Sweet Potatoes
1/2 C - Margarine, melted
1 C - Sugar
2 - Eggs, beaten
2 t - Vanilla 		    Topping

1/2 C - Brown Sugar
1/4 C - Flour
2 1/2 T - Butter, melted
1/2 C - Nuts, chopped


Instructions
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°
  • Grease 2 Qt casserole
  • Combine all Casserole ingredients and mix well
  • Pour into greased casserole
  • Combine all Topping ingredients
  • Sprinkle over Casserole mixture
  • Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes
