Tony Claxton's Recipes Chocolate Syrup Frosting |
This is a very creamy, soft frosting. If the temperature is not cool where you are making this frosting or where you will be storing or serving your cake, you will probably need to add some powdered sugar. Don't add the optional salt if you use salted butter or margarine. This recipe makes enough frosting for a 2 layer, 9" cake with a little left over. |
