Chocolate Glaze
(Thick)
   

This recipe makes enough glaze to drizzle around the top of a bundt cake. It makes a little over 1/2 cup. The original recipe didn't have the corn syrup in it, but it makes the glaze a little shinier. It can be left out. 2 T of milk makes a pretty thick glaze. Add a little more to make it thinner.

                                   

Ingredients
4 oz - Semisweet Baking Chocolate
1 t - Corn Syrup
1 T - Butter
2 T - Milk, Cream or Coffee



Instructions
  • Melt chocolate, corn syrup and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  • Add the milk, using more if necessary.
  • Use while still warm and spreadable.
