| Tony Claxton's Recipes Chocolate Glaze (Thick) |
| This recipe makes enough glaze to drizzle around the top of a bundt cake. It makes a little over 1/2 cup. The original recipe didn't have the corn syrup in it, but it makes the glaze a little shinier. It can be left out. 2 T of milk makes a pretty thick glaze. Add a little more to make it thinner. |
