Tony Claxton's Recipes Basic Griddle Cakes |
This recipe is from Meta Given's Modern Encyclopedia of Cooking. I can't find a publication date, but it is an old book. It is one of the fluffiest, best tasting pancakes I've ever had. The Vanilla and Almond are my additions, and I think make it taste and smell better. Just leave them out if you don't wish to use them. |
