Baking Spread		    

This mixture replaces the need to grease and flour pans. Simply spread a thin layer of this in your baking dish/pan with a pastry brush or napkin and you are done!

                                   

Ingredients
1/2 C - Vegetable Shortening
1/2 C - Canola Oil
1 C - Flour


Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients well.
    (Will make a creamy mixture that is easy to spread with pastry brush or napkin.)
  • Store in air-tight container at room temperature.
